For those who are confused, this was previously JD Byrider, or Byrider. My mom has been having a really hard time contacting the previous company before it was bought out by Rooster, and was never informed of the change. The employees before the change stated: "Everyone was on vacation." Please do better next time.

Tried calling them all week.finally went there today and everything is gone..dealership building is empty and the shop where they work on the cars..empty

Haven't been able to reach anyone in a couple weeks. Sent a message to their Facebook page messenger account asking what was going on. They sent no response, and blocked me. What kind of service is that?! I always thought Greg seemed like a decent guy, but maybe should have heeded past reviews of ByRider.
