My review would highly reflect the “very sad” review. We had the same issues and more that they did at the wedding we were at. The appetizers were put out 45 mins later than they were supposed to. The food was served cold and late. The cake cutter that they provided did not know how to cut a cake (provide your own if you choose them, unless you want a pile of crumbs). Very sad. They re usually pretty good, but the wedding I was in this past weekend was horrible. We had beef tips, turkey, mashed potatoes and baked beans. No one at the head table was served gravy (or if we were - our plates had been sitting so long the gravy just dried right up and evaporated - who knew that could happen, right?).
