Amazing hotel and my favorite for downtown Cleveland. Ideal for multiple nights. Parking is self serve, either through the hotel or third party, and secure once you enter the garage under the hotel. Easy access to the garage via elevator. There are two entrances on the north and south side. The check-in was simple and the staff guided us right to our room. The staff here is awesome! Loved the experience staying here. The view of the city was phenomenal from our room. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. This includes a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, as well as cooking utensils. A couch, 3 tv areas, central air. Gave a townhouse vibe instead of a hotel room. Slept really well in beds too. Downtown Cleveland is rough however, and we had an issue with the parking garage gate system the entire time, but probably now is fixed hopefully. We would stay again!
