Have lived here for 9 months now. The new buildings are great! Rooms are spacious, hallways are always clean and maintained. Management is always helpful and understanding. My only complaint is that with large windows, it's harder to control the temperature (when it's sunny out, the apartment heats up very quickly). But otherwise it's been a lovely experience living at Roosevelt Square!

One of the best communities I’ve lived in. Mechelle and April genuinely care about your needs, the property is kept up well, and everything just runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

I loved the overall vibe of this community. It felt peaceful, well-run, and like somewhere you actually enjoy coming home to.

Kway hosted my tour, and truly made the entire experience exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He took his time walking me through the amenities, floor plans, and community features without ever making it feel rushed or transactional. He answered every question with confidence and clarity, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit, not just filling a unit.
