I want to start by saying this is a beautiful, newly constructed building with great amenities—at least on the surface. My father lives here, and I visit frequently, but I’ve grown increasingly concerned about the lack of security and overall management of the property. Every time I visit, especially on weekends, the fitness room is filled with people who clearly do not live here. They hang out, smoke marijuana, and use the space like it’s their personal lounge. I am new to the area, I use to stay in the area over 30 years ago, when my kids was babies. I see a lot have change since then it have improved tremendously, I would like to thank Bobby Lyon from Roosevelt square he was very nice, helpful, patient, caring, he listens, plus understanding. I really love my one bedroom apartment it's modern everything is up to date it's lavish living, I been staying in my apartment for 6 weeks now and I don't have no complaints. Thanks Bobby!
