I visited this bank for the first time to deposit cash. I was the only person in line, waiting to meet the teller. I waited for 10 minutes while the tellers were engrossed in a full-blown conversation. I couldn’t wait any longer and decided to use the ATM, which I detest because sometimes they don’t accept bills. I hope the manager reads this and address this issue
