It was very easy to prepay expenses. It will take the pressure off when the time comes
Very positive experience, especially in light of the unusually hot day. The staff was very professional in accommodating the needs of attending relatives & friends.
if you give them any records make sure you make copies because they will probably lose them. they have outright lied to me. deceptive business practices. Tried to have me prepay for my wife and I last year which I deferred, now won't allow my wife to be buried with me because non blood relative even though multiple non blood relatives already buried in the plot. Looks like they changes the rules.
Everything regarding the prepaid arrangements was handled professionally, with dignity and care. Ryan Martin was extremely helpful in reminding about details to be decided upon to create a lasting memorial with distinction. A very peaceful place to visit your departed friends and relations. They maintain the grounds beautifully, and the mausoleum is a calming refuge for contemplation and remembrance.
The staff was very considerate. They were very mindful. They made the process a lot less stressful. Highly recommend.
