Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful
Overall a decent experience. They fixed my shattered watch. The employee wouldn’t listen when I asked him to fix the watch face and went ahead and replaced a brand new battery and tried to charge me even though the battery was perfectly fine. But besides that I cleared things up, he apologized and zeroed out the balance and continued to order the parts for the repair. The total became 35$… not cheap but not awful considering it was a decent watch and it was a whole face replacement. I would recommend for watches, not for sho... read more
