about how long is the waiting list? for a 2 bedroom
Their great homes but for the location I'm in rent is raised and then on top of that they don't even notify you until your about to renew lease. Unfortunately when economy goes up of course rental will do the same however it will be nice to know ahead of time. I'd rather pay a mortgage of my own at 595.00 a month instead of rent especially located practically in the hood. Other then that the people are all great who work for this company.
I signed up for my home in April they said my house will be ready by the end of December and it was that was the best day of our life that we had got into a new house before the New Year's.
