Negative 1 for the old lady nurse who came on the second shift, zero bed side manors, she popped her head in my room without even knocking and didn’t even apologize for it then sucks in her teeth and slams my door. This is the second time Ive taken my mother to this hospital, the first time the doctor literally told her she was full of shit and nothing was wrong with her, just a slight bit of dehydration and kidney issues. I took my stepfather here yesterday. He had traveled here from Virgina. Was having some medical problems and was very sick. He is diabetic and legally blind. It started out good. The nurses are always great. Then the doctor showed up and I don't believe I've ever met someone so condescending and arrogant. He was rude and dismissed anything we said. 3/4 times i have been to this place i received terrible treatment. they will continue to gaslight you to no end by basically saying there is nothing wrong with you and shoo you out of the door. thr first time i was here i was screamed at by a nurse and completely and utterly disrespected. there is never a proper triage. today they set a bed up for me in the triage room before i was even triaged. there were NO patients in the ER, so they had plenty of open beds. the staff time and time again fails to listen to the patients an... read more
