Excellent staff in the ER. Couldn't be more appreciative with how they have treated my husband. Very caring and intelligent. They were extremely busy and still made time to make sure we received the proper treatment and care.
This is a late review for three different times, but If I could give zero stars I would. In December 2021/January 2022 my husband was very sick. His oxygen levels were in the 80s and they didn't give af at all. They sent him on his merry way and told me to take him to the clinic to test for covid. They didn't do sh1t to help him. I took him to the clinic as soon as I could (a day or two later.) Dr. Jamie Bassel (hope I spelled that right) did care and actually prescribed medicine (he's an amazing doctor). i had a great experience after a bicycle accident and 8 stitches. emergency rooms are tyically busy and take forever thats just a fact of life. they are always understaffed and everyone with a sore toe always shows up at the same time. these people were very nice and treated me extremely good and yes they rode me about not wearing a helmet..... thats their job. the rooms arent as fancy or updated as i would like to see like the rooms at Presbyterian er but they do the job. alot of bad reviews might just be a lot of people re... read more
