My experience with Agent Markus McClendon was exceptional. I appreciated and was impressed by his follow-up, professionalism, and his ability to problem solve. When our meeting concluded, I felt that I had been cared for.
Horrible customer service. Never got a renewal call and when I called to cancel due to the increase no one tried to see if there was anything they could do to save me money just to send an email requesting to cancel and after I did that never received a confirmation that it was handled, I had to call back in to confirm. They don’t value their customers at all.
