2 and half hour wait time. Why schedule so many people if there aren’t going to be seen at least within the hour. I asked how many people in front of me. She said one. I been waiting 45 mins. PEOPLE HAVE THINGS TO DO.
Great !! Doctor waited for us 30 minutes because we were stuck in traffic. They called us to make we're coming. And that was same day appointment. Got to the office and got treated like we weren't late so we felt comfortable being there. Recommended to everyone
Every time I try to call to make an appointment I just get a “ok hold on” and get transferred to someone else who doesn’t even pick up the phone either. The dentist was really nice and super thorough but front desk experience is not good. It’s been over a month since I’ve tried to make my follow up appointment and no one can even help me. I’m gonna be changing dentists cause this is so annoying to deal with all the time.
I keep calling the lady hangs up on me very disrespectful
