We have had several issues with our Pentair pump. It was installed in 2022. We have been able to cover the issues fortunately because of the warranty, but our biggest problem is we CANNOT get the field rep handling the Pentair warranty work to do his part. And guess what, the ONLY Pentair technician is David Roos of Roos Pools. Our most recent issue with this pump began in January. Our communication with David Roos began on January 07, 2026. Called ahead to make sure they were open and had part. They confirmed had part. Drove 45 minutes after they said they would be open till 5:00pm they were closed at 3:30pm did not open back up.
We had our pool and patio remodeled just before the holidays and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. It was a beautiful, customized, and affordable job and Joel provided great suggestions for the remodel. Him and his team were true professionals throughout the entire process and provide top notch and timely service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their pool and patio.
