took my veh in to get an inspection one of their people hit my veh and put a big gash on the rear quarter panel they saw it happen i watched happen and the manager or whoever he was supposed to be said get an estimate we will pay to fix it no need to call police or file we will take care of it when i gave them estimate they said to high we have someone who fixes it for less now they refuse to fix the damage they caused they refuse to give me their insurance and honor their word well the veh was still owned by the lot I purch... read more
RecommendedI went to Roops Tire Shop and bought two used tires. I’m 62 years old so I don’t know a good tire from a bad one . But my kids told me that the ones I bought were bad and , but I went back and they replaced them with better ones ! They made sure that the ones that was Best was put on the front of my car . I feel that they do care about their customers . Thanks Roops for making me feel safe
I took my 2 vehicles in to get my inspection done at Roops Tire in Cleveland Texas today, I had my US Air Force hat on my dash.. the owner asked who was Air Force, I said I was.. after my inspections were done I was going to pay, the owner said, " I don't charge military " I am proud to have served for people like Roops Tire.. please support them, and my special thanks to them..
Roop s is a great establishment, would highly recommend as they offer excellent service and affordable prices. Ask for the manager Jr., he s helpful.
This tire shop is reasonable. They are not carefull with your vehicle. I took my car to get new tires and they scratched three of my rims. It was just careless of them. I notice most of the people going there were buying used tires and driving junk. I think they are just use to dealing with old vehicles so they just sling stuff around. I noticed several of the employees were drinking beer on the job. I would not recomemd this shop.
fake tire shop. A retard with a mohawk will mess your ride up. he is a joke. the shop is a joke. prices are low but they suck.
Very Fast,Cheap and Friendly. I Highly Recommend them. ;)
