I've been getting my nails done by Roop for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier. She's always friendly and makes me feel completely comfortable. She knows exactly what she's doing—whether I show her a picture or ask for her own ideas, the results are always amazing. I fully trust her with my nails and always leave feeling great
I come to Roops Nails regularly for my nails. She provides excellent service every time, from the nails to the environment to her friendliness! Highly recommend, my fav nail artist in Calgary
Went there for pedicure, chat with her and she shared the price list for everything including pedicure but never mentioned that she doesn’t have pedicure service for any water reasons. At least mention that you’re not providing these service, just sitting at the table looking at the customer not even have the audacity to make the customer feel welcoming.
