Called my insurance to get my car towed for a flat tire, and roops auto indicated to my insurance company that they completed the tow but they did not. They are liars and I would never recommend using them. I thought my car was stolen when I called the tire place it was supposed to be brought to and they never received the vehicle. Do better.
