We went to Roopkala just to look around and left with amazing shoes, jewelry, and other items we never thought we wanted. The store is beautiful and colorful with commodities of every kind. The staff and owner are so kind, helping us find what we needed and giving it at a great price. If you want desi items of any kind, I would highly recommend Roopkala.

Very bad experience. The aunties working there was extremely rude and not at all interested in helping customers.
One the aunty working there is very arrogant. She has zero customer service skills. Not that old aunty she is middle aged. Old aunty is very nice.
Kulvir is an exceptional employee. We went there yesterday for engagement supplies. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed and more. She’s a great asset to your company.
