I had a wonderful experience thanks to Bhen Ji Jasvir. She provided outstanding customer service and helped me modify my praandi exactly the way I wanted. She was very patient, polite, and helpful while assisting me in choosing matching bangles and fake hair for my paranda. Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Jasvir if you visit—she goes above and beyond to help her customers!
We went to Roopkala just to look around and left with amazing shoes, jewelry, and other items we never thought we wanted. The store is beautiful and colorful with commodities of every kind. The staff and owner are so kind, helping us find what we needed and giving it at a great price. If you want desi items of any kind, I would highly recommend Roopkala.

Very bad experience. The aunties working there was extremely rude and not at all interested in helping customers.
One the aunty working there is very arrogant. She has zero customer service skills. Not that old aunty she is middle aged. Old aunty is very nice.
