Love love Dr Roopa. But the front office the RUDE and I will never call again. I will just move doctors. No one should be treated that poorly. Sorry, Dr Roopa is wonderful. Ive been to many doctors over the years and this by far is the worst office staff I’ve ever had to deal with! Like I said, I’ll never call in again. I’ll just find a new doctor unfortunately.

The doctor is very good. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was horrible. They never take the phone for appt and don't call back either after a message is left. At my first visit, I had to wait for almost 2 hours before they let me see the doctor.

I am leaving this practice. The office staff changed hands and is extremely rude.. You cannot even get in to get an appointment anymore. Or make an appointment for blood work. They've cut down on their hours and days of operation.. I've been seeing doctor Roopa since 2011.

I would have to agree with all the complaints about the staff. I tried to make an appointment as a new patient and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I couldn’t understand why I needed a Dr to Dr referral, as my insurance doesn’t require it and I don’t have a PCP, and the lady on the phone just threw me a big ugh, like I was asking her for free consultation or something. Love the staff and dr Roopa. The only thing I would mention they could approve on is answering the phones. The set up seems more for the office rather than the patients. I was running late for an appt and couldn’t get a hold of the office to let them know. I called three times in a matter of 2 minutes.
