EDITED REVIEW: I was previously coming here for years & left a 5 star review but I am now updating my review to 1 star and will probably seek care elsewhere. when I started coming here all the staff were so friendly and I felt lucky that this place was so close to me. my appointments always went smoothly. now their staff has completely changed and so has my experience. I love coming here. I don’t have insurance so they are super up front about all the costs and it is relatively inexpensive. Julie, Helen, Brittany, and Dr Rao are all so welcoming and warm people. Thank you for always taking care of me. No one answers the phone or returns your call. Office closed?
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from Dr. Rao’s office. I called eight times and left three messages, yet never received a single call back. Every time I called, it went straight to voicemail. If Dr. Rao is no longer in practice or not accepting new patients, that should be clearly stated—especially on the voicemail—to avoid wasting people’s time. While the doctor herself has excellent reviews, this kind of poor follow-through suggests serious mismanagement of the office.
