I love coming here. I don’t have insurance so they are super up front about all the costs and it is relatively inexpensive. Julie, Helen, Brittany, and Dr Rao are all so welcoming and warm people. Thank you for always taking care of me. No one answers the phone or returns your call. Office closed?
I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from Dr. Rao’s office. I called eight times and left three messages, yet never received a single call back. Every time I called, it went straight to voicemail. If Dr. Rao is no longer in practice or not accepting new patients, that should be clearly stated—especially on the voicemail—to avoid wasting people’s time. While the doctor herself has excellent reviews, this kind of poor follow-through suggests serious mismanagement of the office.
Dr. Rao delivered my older two children in 1997 and 2000. I ran across this picture of her holding both babies. It reminded me of her, so I thought I'd look her up. She was an excellent doctor and always very kind. I had trouble after the birth of my first born and she knew what to do to stop the bleeding. I highly recommend her.
