I visited Roop Salon a few days ago, and the service was absolutely terrible. The technician who worked on me was unprofessional, rude, and openly racist. She clearly does not know how to do her job, as she completely ruined my eyebrows. When I confronted her about it, instead of apologizing or acknowledging her mistake, she dismissively said, 'It’s okay if they got messed up; you have enough hair, so it’s all good.' 5/5 — First time here and I’m obsessed. Walked in, got taken right away for eyebrow threading, and she did an amazing job. Great prices, nice environment, kind staff. Highly recommend! My before and after ❤️ $6 for eyebrow threading
