If I could give them a 0 I honestly would. I went in for a simple cleanup and even told the lady multiple times to not change my shape as I like my thick brows. She then proceeded to take out scissors and give me thin uneven mismatched brows. Im literally missing a chunk on one side. Also had a horrendous attitude about everything. Never again!
ONLY PERSON THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO EYEBROWS IS JASMINE the rest don’t know nothing dont go getting you’re whole day ruined cause u explain to them clearly how u want it and its like u dumb &dumber go get some classes fr !

Extremely rude employees. I used to come here regularly because I liked the way they made my eyebrows. Now you get treated like you’re an inconvenience and the eyebrows suck too. Work on your customer service or close down. Your attendants are rude and need a reality check on what industry they are in. Can’t believe I wasted my time coming here and my eyebrows look like my 2 yr old did them.
