Been going here for years and honestly haven't found anyone around Sac who does better work for the price. Got a pipe replaced back in spring and they didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need, which is pretty rare these days. They did a clean job on the installation too. I recommend it!!!

Had our whole family over from out of town and needed emergency plumbing done quick. Rooney's came through SAME day, got everything fixed. Everyone was impressed with how fast and clean they were.

Just moved to the area and had a water line issue pop up over the weekend. Tried calling around to a few places. Most either didn't answer or quoted me something crazy just to come out. These guys actually picked up and showed up when they said they would. Got it sorted fast. I run a small operation myself so I respect when someone just handles their work without making it complicated. Fair price for what they did. They cleaned up after, which honestly doesn't happen as much as it should. Rooney's is solid for sure
