The technician working with me was pleasant & kind. I forget her name but she was a taller woman with reddish brown hair. Very kind. Thanks for the great client experience.
Patient beware!! You need to make sure that if you have implants to specifically request and then follow up to make sure you get an experienced technician who knows how to position your body to take accurate readings! Having a very inexperienced technician - who got my left arm in the reading - caused me to have to come back for further mammogram/sonogram. And guess what? These hundreds of dollars will come out of your pocket for a mistake on Mercy’s end. Get a clean reading up front for peace of mind and clear next steps.
Very disappointed. Mammogram came back indicating further testing was needed. Had to call 5 days later to schedule when I was told they would call me within 48 hours. Soonest appointment available was 6 weeks. Wait time is ridiculous.
I am a registered nurse that works with an elderly group of women. I often accompany them to appointments and assist in their examinations and breast health decisions. I was recently there with a woman for a mammogram. She also has dementia and I feared the whole process would be too much for her. Dzenisa was an answer to my prayers! She was kind, gentle and so very patient. What a wonderful employee! She represents the true mission of the Sisters of Mercy. Everyone there was wonderful, but Dzenisa was exceptional.
