We purchased 7pc queen set back in April ‘24 and scheduled a delivery of it in the first week of May. During the time of sale, I specifically asked the sales associate whether they have this in stock and we were informed that yes they did. We went ahead and placed the order and were expecting a delivery of the entire order. On the day of the delivery, the delivery crew came and informed us that they only had 3 pc and that others were not loaded on the truck as they weren’t available.
