My husband and I were looking for a new bed frame, specifically something that was lower to the ground. Loren greeted us and let us borrow his tape measure since we forgot ours. He showed us a few options that were lower and explained how they could be adjusted. He let us look through on our own and then checked in with us. Michael was awesome!! Between me and my friend we all got a workout, going from one end of the store and back 😀 He continued to show me sectional sofas until I got exactly what I wanted. What I love about Room To Go is that what I wanted was created for me once Michael understood my space requirements. He also found me the exact fabric I needed for my sensitive skin. I’ve NEVER in my life had an experience like the one I had today at a furniture establishment. The Associate that helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and broke everything down to where we understood every single detail . Liah was AWESOME and would recommend her to family and friends!!!!!!! 👍👍
