I bought a living room set and bedroom set in March 2021 in the showroom at Palmetto Express Way in Miami. At that time, the sales associate, Pedro, who was very nice and knowledgeable, inform me that the delivery would take place on 5-25-2021. Although it meant that I would have to wait about 2 months for my furniture, I agree because I liked what I was buying. The worse customer service Furniture is cheap quality Been challenged by this company for months now I have a gentleman come out today to try to remove the stains from the brand new couch and he couldn’t do it and informed me that they would have to come pick up the couch send it away to get cleaned and I would be without a Couch for weeks when I contacted customer service spoke with Norma who informed me that I was misinformed now I have to wait a week for them to get the report I could go on and on and on and on this is... read more

My sales person junior was amazing he answered every question i had about buying a couch and worked with us as much as possible with find the right one we wanted... this store has amazing coworkers

This store is very clean as i was walking around i didnt see any dirt even the bathrooms are amazing. I needed help with my account and the mangers did a great job getting what i needed

stat far away from rooms to go the furniture is cheap crap. they dont stand by the warranty.

I have n 87 year old mother in law in bad health and pretty much unable to walk. La Qwanda at the phillips hwy location was very helpful to us in making sure all furniture all got on the same truck from two separate orders, also allowed her to swap a rug that she changed her mind on, and lastly made sure that the bed be lowered even after the initial delivery had been made to accommodate my mother in laws special health needs. Customer Service is horrible...I was called 3 times to the store and price was change. I was asked to pay more $$ on the item after 2 weeks of purchase. I ended up canceling my order 1 day before the delivery. Even manager doesn’t give shit about customers. How do you think the team works there. I left the store promising myself not to go there again
