Please do not buy here, i bought a ivory color sofa and they deliver it in aqua color. I try to talk on the phone and they don't try to help me, i came at the store and I'm looking for the sales person for 30.minutes. she is not coming. RoomsToGo customer service is terrible. The girl is so rude that I couldn’t continue talking to her and the vendor did actually absolutely nothing to help us with our order. We bought a sofa and at the time of the delivery, the sofa came with a major damage that we couldn’t accept it like that. They did not give us any solution more than waiting to see when they have availability for a new sofa, when at the time of buying it they promised to us they have plenty availability of the sofa. I must say Rooms To Go really impressed me this time. Thanks to my two delivery guys Trevor Whyte and Albert Ronaldo. They were awesome,amazing, respectful and took very good care in unpacking my furniture and placed it were I wanted it. Thanks to Rooms To Go Pembroke Pines my delivery was seamlessly. Went to see a specific coffee table. For me it was a two+ hour drive from another state. The furniture was gorgeous and well made. Looked very expensive but was priced lower then I thought it would be. I have looked for months in Kentucky where I live. I am so happy I made the drive. I ended up buying a coffee table, end tables and a sofa/console table. Totally satisfied.
I ordered a sofa that was delivered 10/29/21 to my home in GA. It went immediately onto a moving truck for a work apartment in Chicago. It was unloaded 11/4/21. It was a great, comfy couch for 9 months until the frame under one of the legs gave out. Note: I live alone & travel 60% of the time, so it was barely used. I made a furniture purchase on 07/04/2022. The salesman I worked with, Johann Moreno, put in my order. He told me the price and asked me to sign. I was emailed the receipt, which did not have my entire order. I called them back and tried to get my order corrected and they asked for more money. After stating that the price was not what was discussed I asked for a refund. The said that they do not allow refunds. Our salesperson Vernette was Great. I had the immediate need for furniture to set up a small studio. Vernette worked with me to get everything to accommodate what I was looking for. She was very courteous and professional!! Took her time and made good suggestions to help me make the correct decisions. Simply can not Thank her enough! Do not buy furniture or the warranty. Waste of money. We’ve only had furniture for 18 months. No pets no children and the furniture is falling apart and of course the say that it’s not covered under warranty. All they could say is sorry can’t help you.
