I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager Amy was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. DON'T BUY HERE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO! . It's not worth it. Too much to deal with! Especially Customer Service: RUDENESS, DISRESPECTFUL, OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED. Ufriendly, unhelpful, and furntiture falling apart I will NEVER shop at Rooms to Go again! First we bought a livingroom set that on the show room floor the sign said everything here for $$$, so it was what we wanted so we bought. DON"T BUY Please DON"T buy from rooms to go. Dec 11 2010 I purchased 3 items dining room set and 2 tv stands and i had to pay 3 delivery charges for the same address they charge me a deliver charge per piece (NEVER AGAIN) I never heard of such . That's a RIP OFF Thinking about telling them to keep their JUNK
A good place to shop I actually did not have a problem with Rooms to Go. I recently bought 4 sofa tables and yeah, they were a bit expensive but nice. My salesman was a little impatient, but I change my mind a lot, so I don't hold it against him :) my belongings were delivered as scheduled, and the delivery men set them up and placed them where I needed them. DONT BUY HERE DO NOT BUY AT ROOMS TO GO!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I WISH I READ THIS REVIEWS BEFORE!!. I bought a bedroom set and a mattress on Feb 14, they could not deliver until the 17 which is ok with me. Like clockwork I'm not sure about all of the bad reviews but our sale and delivery went like clockwork. Many advance calls in the days prior. Delivered when we needed it done even several weeks after the sale. Set up and cleaned up. We didn't see any of the complaints, I read these and expected the worst.
My worst furniture shopping experience - damaged, late/expensive delivery Where should I start. I purchased a new twin bed with trundle and 8 drawer dresser with mirror for my 13 yr old at RTG Kids. The I purchased a dresser, 2 night stands and a mirror for MY room in the Adult section. First of all they charged me 2 different delivery charges because "they are 2 different stores under one roof". $170.00 total and I was told they had to do that because they would have to be delivered on separate trucks. I made a furniture purchase on 07/04/2022. The salesman I worked with, Johann Moreno, put in my order. He told me the price and asked me to sign. I was emailed the receipt, which did not have my entire order. I called them back and tried to get my order corrected and they asked for more money.
