This company lacks customer service, integrity, and genuine care about providing a decent product in a timely fashion. They promised to refund my money after a horrible experience with them. They picked the merchandise over a week ago and still no refund. Sad
Rooms To Go manager is the most incompetent I have ever dealt with. It's been over 2.5 months and we still don't have our complete set but yet he said he just found out about the problem yesterday. He said the company is incompetent, the staff is incompetent but he certainly isn't incompetent. We captured his claim on audio and video.
I bought furniture back in August 2017 and my delivery date was not until October 2017. In October, the day my furniture was delivered, I was missing the dresser and mirror only to be told it was on back order (again no one told me it was on back order). RTG finally got the dresser in and for it delivered to me. Got my bill and that too was messed up. Here it is May 2018 and I'm still making phone calls to have this corrected. Tiffany was my sales person and she was great! She gave me all the information I needed without hovering or pushing a sale on me. The showroom was clean and had a lot to choose from. I would recommend Sandhills Rooms to Go to anyone looking for quality and a good price.
My wife and I had a very pleasant sales person to help us find exactly what we was looking for. What was impressive to me was that she gave us our space until we decided what we wanted. She was also very knowledgeable about the products.
This store is very convenient to my home. The sales staff is helpful and not pushy. The store has good prices, although delivery charges are a little too high I think. I have found some good furniture and some not so good so it pays to really do homework. Nice accessory pieces too. I enjoy the store and it’s location.
Our salesmen, Raymond was amazing. Was very patient since this visit we knew what we needed but did not come in prepared with exactly what we wanted to purchase by looking online. So we are very thankful for him. However we did not want to purchase their warranty. Raymond was great again and understanding. Then a manager named Paul or Phil I believe had to come over.
