Our salesperson Vernette was Great. I had the immediate need for furniture to set up a small studio. Vernette worked with me to get everything to accommodate what I was looking for. stat far away from rooms to go the furniture is cheap crap. they dont stand by the warranty.
I ordered a living room set as well as a bedroom set on 1/20/19 which were to be delivered on 1/24/19. Everything was delivered correctly with the living room set however, the bedroom set is a different story! The side rails that were sent did not connect to the headboard. So the customer service department contacted me after this and a new delivery time was setup. Their delivery system SUCKS! Not the drivers fault, it's the person that schedules the delivery. Was told my delivery would be between 1-5:00, well at 7:30 they showed up. Funny thing is the drivers started out in Columbia 12 hours earlier & ended up making deliveries all over the state & then making local deliveries on the way back, plus they added 4 extra stops to an already packed schedule.
