I purchased a dining table, I was told my total payment includes delivery/setup charges but it was only delivered. Tried calling customer care, they advised me to talk to the sales person and disconnected while I was waiting for the call to be transferred.
Salesman that helped me was helpful in finding my furniture, however at the end of the purchase they tried to sneak in a couple warranty things i was not told or asked about. I had to wait an additional 30 mins to get them to fix it. I get they want to push these warranties, but just be upfront and transparent with your customers!
The best place to buy furniture at. Richard was outstanding and super professional. I definitely recommend them.
