Purchasing the mattress was a breeze. Rooms and rest did call to set up delivery on the day we were told it would happen. When delivery day came, the truck came an hour before the 2 hour window we had set up on the phone. I was disappointed that our memory foam mattress was "frozen" and could not be taken upstairs to the bedroom. The delivery guys said that if they tried to bend the mattress, it would break.
