I just got off of the phone with speaking to one of Room Makers employees and am even more irritated than when I called. I recently purchased a total of five side tables all the same in two separate transactions. The first time, I purchased two of the tables as well as a matching different table. RoomMakers has a great selection and great salespeople, however.... We purchased a sectional and a dresser on 3.27.2010. We were able to take the dresser home, that day, but were told that we would have to wait 4-5 weeks for the sectional. We called today, 5.5.2010 and were told that its "estimated" to arrive May 12th. That would make it 6 1/2- 7 weeks. After reading some of the other reviews, I wonder if well see our sectional on May 12th. Purchased a bedroom set at the beginning of February, have yet to receive it...has been delayed twice and each time we had to call to find out where it was to find out it had been and still is going to be delayed. Very unhappy with service.
We browsed in your store on 18 July 2008. We chose not to purchase a new sectional at that time, but one of your salesmen made a memorable impression on our family. We enjoyed working with Chance Shipman and would like to commend him for superior courtesy and salesmanship. I have been in this atore several times and each time I have been disapointed with how clean the store is and I have had a hard time finding someone to even help answer the most basic questions.The last time I was in I purchased a mattress, after a couple of weeks my wife and I felt the mattress didnt do all we thought it should. After contacting the store we were told that the 90 night sleep guarentee would ultimatly cost us over \$250 in fees to exchange the mattress.I have sence found out that all stores dont charge extra... read more
