I should have read reviews prior to getting an estimate from Rick. He showed up, did a thorough examination of the issues here, and quoted a price. Said he would order needed supplies and they’d be delivered soon. Then said supplies had in fact been ordered. Then he stopped answering calls and texts over the next 6 weeks so I gave up. Similar to other reports here he ‘disappears’ with no reason given. Lousy way to run a biz.

We had a great experience with Rick and crew for our full home window replacement project. From estimate to final project wrap up, he was kind, communicative, and professional. The work quality was excellent and was an extreme value compared to every other bid we received (2-3x more). When uncontrollable variables arose, he handled them well while accommodating our schedule and always communicating a clear and concise plan toward project completion. Do not waste your time. Never heard so many excuses ever...next will ne the dog ate his phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my time over and over. You've been warned

The bow window looks great, the installation was quick and they put a lot of care and quality into their work. There were some hiccups along the way but Rick is a man of his word and made it right. We experienced some shipping delays that were out of his control but Rick kept us in the loop. I would recommend Rick and will use him in the future.
