I'd rate zero stars if I could
Do not waste your time. Never heard so many excuses ever...next will ne the dog ate his phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my time over and over. You've been warned
The bow window looks great, the installation was quick and they put a lot of care and quality into their work. There were some hiccups along the way but Rick is a man of his word and made it right. We experienced some shipping delays that were out of his control but Rick kept us in the loop. I would recommend Rick and will use him in the future.
Rick started off being prompt via calls and text messages to repair a window. He contacted me originally through Facebook MarketPlace to an ad I posted. Rick sounded professional and we setup a time to get an estimate. Rick came out on time and after 30 minutes we agreed for him to do the repair work. We set on a time the following week to get these repairs done (which made me adjust my work schedule to accommodate). We had Room2Room install the windows in our home. We had Rick come over for the estimate and he was very informative and made it easy to select the windows based on all of his knowledge. We were extremely happy with the work they did. Our windows look beautiful and they really did an excellent job. Rick always kept in touch with us and they were here when they said they would be.
