Worst customer service. My husband and I have been having nothing but issues with deliver, getting the run around regarding our warranty, dealing with rude employees after we made our purchase. We keep getting told misinformation, and that things will be “taken” care of but nothing has changed. Instead of a 3 hour time frame for our furniture delivery (waiting on two pieces to complete our sectional set) it has now changed to a 6 hour time window. How nice. I purchased the Marquis Dining room set. The table wobbles and the chairs are not what they suppose to be. I have sent pictures complained with no results. I have the warranty and was told to ask to reselect now they are saying I cannot reselect for the Regency set. This set was not cheap. I want to keep the China cabinet and buffet. I just want to exchange the table and chairs. I have had trouble with this set since the day I bought it and it hasn’t been six months yet. I was given a warranty on a mattress box spring set. After a few nights of sleeping, it began sagging. Since it was brand new, I thought it was my imagination. Then I realized that the mattress really was sagging. I complained, a contractor named Joe came out. He measured the mattress with a stick. The sagging was visually obvious. Corporate reviewed Joe’s report and determined that the mattress didn’t have enough sagging. It must be 2 inches. Duh this mattress is brand new. I suffer with pinched nerves. We selected a wonderfully soft Peyton sofa from the showroom in Orland Park and picked it up from the Romeoville warehouse. When we brought the item home we were extremely dissappointed! This sofa is rock hard and unbelievably uncomfortably! Definitely not the same item! We notified the Room place immediately and they refused to exchange the item stating "They didn't deliver it so they will not honor the 7 day satisfaction guarantee". We are now stuck with a terrible $600.00 piece of furniture!! I would not purchase furnitur... read more
