I had a GREAT experience at Room By Room. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Chaniqua and LaDeidra were both amazing. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and I felt valued as a customer. I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend this store to others. Five stars!

Thank you Room By Room, JT was very helpful and kind. I was stopping by to get a sofa for my High School graduate. The measurements I knew couldn’t be over a certain amount. With that being said, certain ones got measured a few times. JT kept in professional and didn’t mind one bit. The very next day the sofa was delivered and we are very happy customers. I can’t forget the delivery crew. They never minded one bit taking the sofa upstairs. Treated it like it was there, very careful. I will definitely be back on my next purch... read more
