Johnathan came highly recommended for his work. However, we were incredibly disappointed with his lack of response to our multiple requests for an estimate on work in our century home. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to contact Room by Room on multiple occasions over the course of two summers, but received only one call back and no other communication.
