Extremely poor customer service. The associates and "designers" at this establishment act arrogantly, and if you are not Caucasian, they treat you poorly as if you cannot afford their products and services.
Nice furniture. On our first visit it took over 30 minutes to be greeted and asked of we needed help.once we were greeted the associate was great. It was not busy so no reason for the delay. Second visit same thing. We ended up spending quite a bit of money. Quality of the furniture is what brought us back. Every customer should be acknowledged.
Peter Hillier gave a presentation at Room & Board today to a group of interior designers. He did a great job presenting about how R&B partners with the trade and the company's commitment to sustainability and American Made. What a fantastic space! I'll be recommending Room & Board & Peter!
