I purchased a painting for over $2,000 and was promised “white glove delivery.” Instead, what I received was nothing more than a standard UPS drop-off at my door. Cannot speak highly enough of this store and their employees. They are always so incredibly helpful, and their furniture is beautiful an extremely high quality.
Recently I made an online purchase of a leather chaise. Using the color palette provided by Room & Board on their website. The item arrived with a different color. I waited for 3 months to get this item. Disappointed. RB refunded fully. They have wonderful well constructed, high quality furniture. I was told to order swatches before making an online purchase - wouldn’t it be better for RB to adjust their color palette to ensure customers receive what they selected on their website?
