I really wanted to like my experience with Room & Board, but the customer service surrounding the outlet left a very bad taste in my mouth. I understand the outlet has different rules. I understand inventory moves quickly. I understand items are first-come, first-served, customers have to purchase in person, and there are no holds. Fine. What I DON'T understand is refusing to tell a customer whether an item is still physically in the store. Kelly Miller provided incredible service when we visited this location to furnish our new apartment. She helped us create a cohesive look for our new apartment, incorporating new pieces into our current design. Overall it was easy to find incredible furniture options and the ordering process was quite convenient. The furniture is extremely customizable and staff are skilled at helping you determine which combinations work best. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

I recently visited this furniture shop and was impressed with the variety and quality they offer. The showroom is well organized, making it easy to explore different styles. The staff was polite and very helpful in guiding me to the right choice for my living room. Prices were reasonable and the checkout process was smooth. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in great condition.
