New roof with Elastomeric Coating July 2017. Needs minor repairs to a seam. Many attempts to make contact, multiple emails, phone voice messages because phone calls are not answered. Work completed with a warranty. Not responsive.
Room 4 Improvement screened in my patio. The owner said that I should have 36" door openings to facilitate moving items in and out. I agreed. When the framing was done they only left a 30" opening and ordered 30" screen doors. The doors were designed to open to the outside but I was told that the ground level was too high and the were installed opening in. I could have been told that the ground level would be shoveled down to accommodate the doors and would have agreed to any extra cost incurred, but I wasn't given that opti... read more
