Fantastic as always. I only trust Charlene with injectables, very knowledgeable but also cares about the client and will say if she feels you don’t need the treatment, instead of unnecessary treatments for the sake of money. I’ve had beauty treatments and hair services at room 305 and have never had any issues.

My experience with the staff and service from room 305 has always been excellent. The main services I have had have been waxing and pedicures and massages . The service has always been at a excellent level and I have always been asked if I am comfortable and happy with the service I have received. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely delighted with the results I was quite anxious before starting, but Charlene was fantastic at reassuring me, she knew exactly what I wanted to achieve, and she nailed it... Thank you, feeling beautiful.... 😊😊😊😊

Charlotte the beautician is fantastic. She is friendly yet professional. She tailors massage to your requirements. Recently had the eye package and was very pleased with the results. Rebecca the senior stylist is good and I mean really good. She understands hair and how each persons is a different structure. I won't go anywhere else now.

I have my eyeliner tattoo on and absolutely love it, pain free experience. Charlene is very professional and friendly.
