Nice quality pier but make sure you get everything in writing or it will cost you an arm and a leg. Purchased a new pier this spring. Verbally told us putting our boat lift in would be around $100 per year for install and removal. $135 just to remove the boat lift and removal of the pier at $270. If you enjoy getting ripped off on labor definitely go with Rookstool pier service. Aka Crookstool pier service. BIGGEST MISTAKE I’VE EVER MADE!
