I’d like to leave zero stars but that’s not an option so here we are. Was told they would come out for a service fee which was fine by me, then got a call the next day saying they don’t want anything to do with us because they didn’t install my unit. What a joke for a repair shop. You can’t tell me they installed every unit they’ve ever worked on.
