They said I owed them money for a previous cleaning, throughout the whole interaction the receptionist was extremely rude and didn't give give an apology when I proved her wrong. The dentist also rude in the way they talk to you about and how they treat you, missing your teeth and hitting your gums. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Disinterested dentist who gave hardly 2 minutes for x-ray and root canal treatment advice around 4 weeks back. I felt so uncomfortable during the x-ray . Wasi Hussaini was in a strange mood and (if you have heard 'silence is deafening' phrase- I actually experienced here) which prompted me to think why to get the treatment done here if the dentist is not interested . Very poor type of staff and doctors. A week later still feeling pain from the injection and no one will listen to you, my appointment was at 9:05 and the doctor is coming at 9:45 and forcing me to book my appointment again. The doctor is talking to you about giving money instead of treating you. Really amazing.
Unprofessional receptionist ever I faced. She changed my entire mind,as a family to left this practice. We used this dental clinic for minimum of 8 years, but now we no longer to advice for the service users.Because the receptionist told me that she cancelled my appointment that I booked 2 weeks in advance. The reason is the doctor that filled 2 teeth for your partner wasn't a doctor.
