Rooke Custom Homes built our house in 2022 in Summerville. We have lived in it for 2 years now and just went through Tropical Storm Debby. I sent the owner a thank you because our house did wonderfully standing up to the storm and with the immense amount of rain we got I'm happy to say we had no water issues at all. Thanks for a great build Rooke Homes!!!!
