Incredibly rude, has an attitude from the start of the conversation. Completely lacking of any ability to communicate normally, not recommended at all.
Avoid doing business with Jack Rookard/Rookard Real Estate. This company bids against itself, and withholds it’s listings from buyers. They claim to not receive bids in order to avoid sales. I’m surprised this company is still doing business. When we bought a property from them, and had no choice but to try and reach them, they absconded from doing all business necessary to negotiate and close. We had to go directly to the banks holding any claims to the property we bought, because Rookard was unreachable. What should have b... read more
