Dr Desai was chosen for me when my doctor moved away. So I didn’t know her and was unsure. And now, I wouldn’t trade her! Dr Desai actually listens and cares. She takes her time with you and is open to any questions you have. She actually motivates me to take better care of myself. She explains things rather than just giving orders. She is super smart, knowledgable and puts you at ease. And she has heart. As a nurse, I can’t say that about a lot of doctors. Dr Desai is just amazing!
She is intelligent and I trust her decision, however her and her staff are generally unwilling to help sign important papers regarding medical records for jobs and school. Better start a year in advance if you actually want papers signed because her staff fail to pass on the message to her in which case you will be chastised by all faculty for their failures.

Dr R. Desai provides open, professional and friendly medical care. Of every doctor I've seen in my short 54 years, DrDesai is Mr recommendation to all.
Dr. Roohi Desai (there are two Dr. Desai's at St. Anthony SW) has been my PCP for a few years now and I have been satisfied every time I've visited her. She is very friendly and caring and listens to patients. She's everything I could want in a physician (to top it off, she's cute).
