Great experience across the board! Our insurance company was really difficult for almost a year but RoofX stuck with us and continued to come out and send pics to the insurance company, they even brought a drone to capture video. The actual installation was great, and no issues whatsoever. Extremely pleased with the post inspection and the company as a whole.
All the RoofX employees was great, from management, sales, team that came tore off the old shingles to all new they worked from daybreak to sunset in very hot weather until they were done including clean up. I would highly recommend this company.
From start to finish, RoofX has been impressive. Lance sat down with us and gave us multiple options with varying price ranges. He went into detail about the things that set them apart from the others. Not only were they professional, they were also friendly and attentive to our questions along the way. Having our roof replaced after hail damage was a breeze from start to finish when working with Shawn. He came and did our free inspection the same day I called and inquired about one, he made sure to keep in touch with me while I was working with the insurance and he did a final inspection just two days after the roof was installed. Everything was easy to understand and the installation was fast. If I ever needed a roof again I would 100% go with RoofX!
