Efficient installation completed as advertised. Great customer service by Shawn Hickok.
The roofing crew was very respectful and worked quickly. We are pleased with our new metal roof. We decided to have them put new gutters in, as well. We were debating whether to do so, but so glad that we decided to do so. It was worth the extra money to insure that not only do they match the color we wanted, but that we won't have to worry about needing to replace them down the road.
We had excellent service with Shawn Hickok, from the initial roof inspection to meeting with our insurance adjuster to showing us our roofing options, etc. He checked in with us often during the roof and gutter installations and answered any questions or concerns we had. The whole RoofX team was great!
Shawn Hickok made sure that my roof replacement was a smooth and non stressful experience. He answered all my questions and concerns. Im very pleased with the job RoofX did!
