Shane was great. He always replied promptly when I had any questions and/or adjustments to the job estimate. The crew was efficient and did a great job cleaning up followed by Shane coming over the next day to do another cleanup. I would definitely recommend this company to do a roof replacement.

Great experience with RoofWerks from the very detailed estimate (had 3) to the finished product. Worked with Fred. He was very helpful and communicated with us frequently during the project. Workmanship is first class as was the cleanup. They took extra care of our shrubs. I have recommended them and my neighbor used them a few weeks later. Their roof looks great too!
I had recently had my house painted and spent a small fortune having the yard landscaped. So I was a little concerned about that, however yard and house look great especially with the new roof. Neighbors said you could not tell anyone was there the yard was spotless, thanks guys.

Horrible customer service! Great initial visit. Team came out and offered to do the work the same day. We agreed on a price, then it rained. I called today to see when they would come back and was told I needed to wait a week and a half for a written estimate, then yhey would schedule. RUDE person who I spoke to over the phone put me hold three times. NOT HELPFUL or respectful.. Glad no money changed hands, clearly they are not interested in our business
After an October hail storm did some damage to my roof, the “storm chasing” roofing companies came through my neighborhood. Something about the process didn’t sit right with me. I saw how they dealt with my insurance company and figured at some point I would be treated the same. The crew was meticulous with applying the roof as well as keeping the grounds clean all during the process. I received pics during the day and timely updates on the progress.
