Wonderful spa experience. I did the deep rest sound bath with light head, neck and feet massage with Nancy and it was so relaxing! I also had a deep tissue massage with a different Nancy which was again, marvelous. I would highly recommend any of their services. Lovely team
The absolute slowest service on the planet… cool place but these servers are sloooooow. Been here 3 times this week and same story every time. Tonight they sat us and after 15 minutes we finally just walked to the bar and ordered drinks. Why can good allow for zero or negative stars… this place would deserve such.
Today was my mom’s birthday. It was myself, my two sisters and my mom. From the moment we arrived at the Rooftop Spa in Napa, Ca. we were Immediately greeted with kindness and warmth. It was genuine professionalism and not the kind I’ve seen so many times with the fake smiles. The Quality of service was five star treatment, we were shown to our changing room, everything was explained, and all of our questions answered. Amazing experience! Nancy was absolutely the best massage I’ve had in a while and I go to massages often. She went deep without hurting me and it felt so good. I was energized all day from it. I will go back just to experience that massage again. Front staff was lovely too! Thank you all
