Disappointing patient experience for myself and my baby. Dr Minoka came across as indifferent and dismissive of our concerns. Would not recommend for families looking for their long term family GP.

I was very disappointed with my appointment with Dr Minoka and her inability to diagnose shingles. I went to see her about an ear and throat ailment, and at the time mentioned a red rash on my forehead. She was very dismissive, and told me to apply Dermaid cream. Due to her lack of investigation, the next day my rash worsened, and I eventually ended up in Emergency. I did go back to see her, and she said that I should have had shingles vaccine, in a very arrogant manner. Hence 5 weeks later I haven't recovered from shingles ... read more
We have been attending Thornleigh Rooftop Medical Practice for the past 12 months. Dr John was a professional, caring, attentive and thorough doctor. Dr John has since moved on and we now have Dr Minoka as our doctor, who is also professional, thorough in examining, diagnosing and focused in every aspect of medical care. We highly recommend this practice.
I Had an appointment with Dr Lakshmi Kadaba just for an following up for my hand CT scan that they refused to do over a phone consult. She was so cold and hardly said a word, not a dr I want for my family and myself. Very disappointed . I was a patient of Dr Pembroke for years, unfortunately he left, he was the best. I will definitely never go back.
