The cardio equipment should be periodically cleaned. Small gym, you would like it if you like doing your thing. I hate coming in during peak times, it does feel congested especially when ppl idle on machines. The sauna is a plus.
The infrared sauna is a must try after your workout!

Been coming here since last year it’s the perfect gym if you really want to focus on your training, it’s right around the corner from my house with all the equipment needed for my training. Access to shops downstairs so if I’m hungry for a feed it’s right at my feet! The owner Izzy is the nicest bloke too we’re always having good ol chats whenever he’s in, everyone at the gym is super friendly too. Highly recommend this gym to locals in Roxburgh park as well as anyone else in the other suburbs 👍🏻💪🏻
