Biggest scammers!!! When my husband signed up over a year ago they confirmed there would be no cancellation fee. He recently cancelled his membership which they have confirmed it definitely was. Then these guys decide to still pull out money twice… when he called about it they said we will cancel the membership and that they don’t do refunds. Putting the membership on hold is a nightmare. I had to leave for an emergency and the owner of the gym IZZY kept charging me 3 cycles despite saying he will put my membership on hold after repeated requests. Pathetic customer service, just interested in the money and has no civic sense or basic empathy! Dont go here!
The cardio equipment should be periodically cleaned. Small gym, you would like it if you like doing your thing. I hate coming in during peak times, it does feel congested especially when ppl idle on machines. The sauna is a plus.
The infrared sauna is a must try after your workout!
